Description
It was choir practice day in a small residential and small camping area where one of the members lived. I was early and had my camera in case the bears showed up. I was not disappointed at all! This day, two young black bears, probably just recently on their own. The year had been very dry and the deer and bear had been forced to come down to forage for food and water. Just a small trickle or water ran through the creekbed and pooled in a few places. This is where the two bears stopped to cross to the camping sites to forage the garbage cans. It was interesting. I followed with the camera, staying a safe distance for these are wild animals!
