Description
Orange trees are so beautiful. The deep green leaves are perfect background for the beautiful color of the naval orange. Naval oranges bloom in the Spring, and are havested in the Winter season. Cold weather is vital for the sugar content of the Naval orange to become sweet enough for the grower to pick. Tests are un on the sugar content before being picked. If the content is deemed high enough, then the grower will be able to pick the fruit, send it to the packinghouse, and the on to the grocer's shelves. Oranges are a wonderful source of Vitamin C.
