Description
Though we were in the Grand Canyon the last of March, snow showers decided to grace our day. Such a new experience for us as we travelled to see the beauty of this magnificent creation of God!
After the snow storm had passed, the clouds parted and the sun shone on the temple and snow laden tree. Patches of snow dotted the temple mountain, hanging on the sparse trees which grow on this rock, The furthers points of the canyon were being showered with some snow flurries, but the intense red rocks of the Temple rock shone brilliant red.
Depending on the time of day, season, or weather, the colors of this magnificent canyon can viewed from deep red/brown, to light brown…truly a creation of God

Very nice capture of Oneil Butte, Debby. I have painted it a number of times. I also see part of Zoroaster Temple to the upper right, part of Buddha Temple to the upper left, and Bright Angel Canyon, in the middle. Fav / Like
