Henry Van Dyke had great wisdom when he wrote about using your talents...all birds sing in the woods...NOT just those with the best song!
The rose bush, cut back for the winter, is now beginning to leaf as Spring approaches. It appears this young Yellow Rumped Warbler, with its 'dinosaur looking feet', are not affected by the thorns below. Interesting how beautiful these birds are! Using mixed media, a beautiful background is created making it seem as though this beauty is near a wall.
