Yokol Valley is a very pretty valley of rolling hills and cattle country, that lies at the base of the grand Sierra Mountains, the home of the Sequoia Mountains Scrub oak trees and granite rocks which dot the landscape, shone as if they had been lit with brilliant lights from the heavens. The barren ground, save for the dried grasses on the hillsides comes alive with a brilliant light show! Though the ground is a grave fire danger, the beauty does not lie. Tonight, I will simply revel in the glory, of the beauty, of the land.
