Nothing is more beautiful in my area, than the beautiful foothills teaming with magnificent wild flowers. A single scrub oak, beginning to leaf after a winter dormancy, shades the stunning wildlife that comes to cool off and rest during the hot summers that will follow soon. This beautiful scene is repeated year after year in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range.
