Summer began officially several days ago, yet, today was the first day I picked a bouquet from my garden in “summer”. Actually, I have been decorating these beautiful flowers throughout my home since Spring arrived. Sadly, this will be one of the last arrangements of the hydrangeas, as they are now completed their bloom cycle Now the bush will grow larger and stronger. Next year will yield more beautiful blooms! I cannot wait. Then, the white rose and daisies will continue their blooms until fall arrives. Then, the fall blooms will begin. Fortunately, here in California, our growing season lasts into late November and early December. Flowers blooming year round is a wonderful addition to my house decor.
