Description
Looking like a bad hair day, this dried up Bird of Paredise flower bloom, left over from the prior season, graced the bush on a neew, hot summer day. I narveled at the way the parts of the flower petals had dried up, going this way and that way as if mocking the original beauty of this flower. The looks of this dried up flower is a perfect example of natures natural abstract…beaitu with no effort!
The Bird of Paradise is ornamental plant of the family Strelitziaceae native to South Africa. The plant is grown outdoors in warm climates and as a houseplant for its attractive foliage and unusual flowers.
