View from Overlook of Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde - Each hour of the day, you can see the difference in the shadows, colors, and everything else about this magnificent place. My husband and I had many hours gazing at the overlook to see this amazing ancient Cliff Dwellers Village. Built into the alcove of a massive granite rock, I can only imagine what it must have been like to lived on these cliffs raising children and climbing up and down to gather water and food. Truly a site to be seen by anyone visiting the Southwest.
