Description
Recovery is never easy...recovering from the death of a loved one, depression, addictions, abuse...recovery is difficult. We recover each day. Our body rejuvenates itself through rest and nourishment. Cells need to reproduce themselves. This is life. That being said, recovery, though NOT easy IS possible. We transform. As this butterfly goes through metamorphosis, our lives are a metamorphosis...we change -moment by moment, day by day. Life CAN be good...we must take that first step and determine what we wish to be.

Debby, this message is so beautifully conveyed with a wonderful moment in nature. No, recovery is never easy. I do know and can relate. Only with the help of God from above can it be eased. F/L.

Thank you Randy for the very kind words! No, recovery is never easy, but with God's direction, I am learning to hold His hand, slow down, realize the ride could be rough, BUT, sit back and enjoy the journey and most of all...LEARN! Thank you again!
