Description
Hiding near the tall grasses, by the banks of a creek at Bosque del Apache in New Mexico Reserve, Hank, the Blue Heron decided to stay rather than migrate with the rest of his flock…therefore, the volunteers at the Resvere named him. Tolerant for photos, he just waited until we left him….standing in the same place….see you later Hank! Aparently Hank prefers safety to flying!
Thank you to the Administrators who have graciously featured "Hand the Blue Heron" in their groups!
