Peacocks have the most beautiful tail feathers. 'An Eye for and Eye' is quite beautiful. The natural colors of this bird. the camoflague of colors, and faux eyes, are there to stymie another predator...one who will go for the eye. The repeating patterns, the shere number of "eyes" - well, a predator just doesn't know where to attack. HOWEVER...the beauty of these feathers are when the peacock is trying to attract the peahen. When the peahen has decided to mate with the male, he will "capture" her with the net he make, wrapping her in his feather net. How absolutely God has made this bird for the enjoyoment of ours senses and awe of His creation.
