Description
The tall mesas in the distance, clouded by the impending rain storm, covinces the old mare still has it, as she kicks up the dust and dirt in her pasture in the High Desert of New Mexico. These horses, not for plealsure but, rather, the matter hair from rolling in the dirt ndicate they are working horses, for their nearby ranch.
This playful activity keeps this old mare perky and limber as she ages, but in part, she runs to the end of the pasture, so she does not get caught by the owners, to back to work.
